About the Book Sign Up More Insights

Teams That Meet The Moment has been out in the world for almost three whole months.

Damn, y’all. That feels surreal to say.

Over those three months, I’ve been out in the world hitting the podcast circuit, doing my first book-centered keynotes, hosting salons, making discussion guides…really bringing people together around the idea that work can be better.

It feels a bit like I’m spreading the gospel (of good teaming). Maybe it sounds cliché, but the whole thing has given me even more energy for this work.

People are curious about the practices. They’re relating to the Lies We Love. They’re eager to learn how to implement the actionable habits.

And I’m having that pinch-me moment of realizing the words I spent so much time getting right on the page are hitting in just the way I intended.

At August, we spend a lot of our time in meeting rooms with clients, helping teams shift from outdated ways of working to truly effective teamwork. TTMTM has allowed us to get these core practices to even more people (you included!).

So, as part of this effort, we’re taking Teams That Meet The Moment on the metaphorical road with a Virtual Book Tour.

BookTour2-1

I’ll be hosting a three-part series of live Zoom sessions where we’ll dig into the sticky practices, why they work, some real-life case studies, and even a bit about my experience writing.

Here’s the current plan:

🙋 July 30th - Author Q&A

📝 August 27th - Better Teaming Workshop

🔥 Sept 24th - Fireside Chat (+ special guest!)

Whether you’ve read the book yet or not, this tour is for everyone who knows that teamwork can be better, but needs help with the how.

If that’s you, I hope you’ll join next Thursday for the first session. Scroll down to the end of this email for more info, or head right to the registration link here:

Next week, we’ll be back to analyzing some of the biggest cultural teaming moments, and this one’s lesson is of mythical proportions…
